These printouts are generated from the original certificate printed at the time of invoicing the client.Setup:. Click Setup-Codes-Procedure Codes. Do the button on each rabies code. Click on the Advanced section and make sure the dot is moved next to 'Rabies Vaccination' for the 'This Code Is' area.
Make sure the entry for 'Certificate Format' is set for any format to print. Indicate at the end of the line how many original copies to print with the invoice.
Click when finished with this code. Repeat the above steps for each Rabies Vaccination code.Save Data:.

On an invoice screen, use one of your rabies codes. Move across that line to confirm or change any information.
The bottom left corner of the screen will eventually show the last Producer and Serial Number for the vaccine (please confirm and change if necessary). You must click either or for a VALID certificate. When finished with the invoice (and the patient's services), save the invoice Permanently.Reports:. Click on Reports-Patient Reports-Batch Print Rabies Certificates.This will be a copy of each original certificate, one page for each animal. If you would rather have a list of information, click on Reports-Patient Reports-Rabies Vaccination List. Enter the date range of interest for your report. This list will also ask for an individual Rabies Code to separate each procedure.
Leave this line blank to do all Rabies Codes at one time. (This is not needed for Batch Printing). Type in a specific County of residence for the client (which is the same for each respective patient) or leave blank to do all counties together. Fill in which certificate format to use for printing for the Batch Printing. Move the dot to the desired print order picking among 'Tag ID,' 'Last Name' or 'Account Number' for the List Printing.
Click to calculate and print the pages. Also you can use Client-Patient Rabies Certificate Reprint to do a single animal reprint. Fill in the Client Name or Account number and Patient Name, then click.
